- To process your documents (uploaded files are only retained as long as necessary for processing or as defined by your account limits).

3. Document Security & Retention
Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not look at your documents unless you explicitly request support assistance. For Free tier users, documents are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. For Pro and Enterprise users, documents are retained until you manually delete them or close your account.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data or document contents to third parties. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers (like AWS for hosting or Stripe for billing) solely to provide our services. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can manage most of this directly from your account settings. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team.
