What plans are available?

ProPDFSuite offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. The Free plan gives you up to 3 documents and 100 MB of storage. Pro ($9.99/month) unlocks 500 documents, 5 GB of storage, and all advanced features including unlimited exports and priority processing. Enterprise is priced on request and adds SSO, SCIM provisioning, SLA, and dedicated support.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts with a 3-day Pro trial — no credit card required. After the trial ends your account automatically moves to the Free plan. None of your documents are deleted, but you will be limited to the Free plan quotas going forward.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Choose the Pro plan and click Upgrade. You will be taken to a Stripe-hosted checkout page where you enter your payment details. Once the payment is confirmed you are instantly upgraded.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. On the billing settings page you can toggle between monthly and annual billing. Annual billing saves approximately 20% compared to paying monthly. Switching from monthly to annual applies immediately and the difference is prorated. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the next renewal date.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe.

Where can I find my invoices?

Invoices are available in Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal where you can view, download, and update payment details. Invoices are also emailed to your account email address after each charge.

How does per-seat pricing work for teams?

The Pro plan base price covers one user. Additional team members are billed as extra seats. The Enterprise plan includes a negotiated number of seats. You can see your current seat usage and add or remove seats in Dashboard → Settings → Billing.

What happens if my storage limit is reached?

You will not be able to upload new documents until you free up space or upgrade your plan. Existing documents and exports are unaffected. You will receive an email warning when you reach 80% of your storage quota.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click Manage Billing. In the Stripe portal, choose Cancel plan. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. We do not offer refunds for unused time.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you have a specific billing issue (duplicate charge, error), please contact support@propdfsuite.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Is there a non-profit or educational discount?

Yes. We offer a 50% discount for verified non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Email support@propdfsuite.com with proof of your organization status to apply.
