Getting Started

Up and running in minutes

This guide walks you through everything from creating your account to exporting your first edited PDF. You will be productive in under five minutes.

1

Create your account

Visit propdfsuite.com/auth/register and fill in your name, email address, and a password. After submitting the form, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link inside to activate your account.

Your email address is used as your login — no username required.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
A free account gives you 3 documents and 100 MB of storage.
No credit card required to sign up.
2

Upload your first PDF

After logging in you land on the Document Library dashboard. This is where all your documents live.

  1. 1Click the Upload button in the top-right corner of the dashboard (or drag a PDF directly onto the library area).
  2. 2A file picker appears. Select a PDF from your computer. Files up to 100 MB are supported.
  3. 3A progress bar shows the upload status. Once complete, the document appears in your library with a thumbnail preview.
  4. 4ProPDFSuite processes the document in the background — this usually takes a few seconds. You will see a processing indicator on the card until it is ready.

Supported formats: PDF, Word (.docx, .doc), PowerPoint (.pptx, .ppt), Excel (.xlsx, .xls), OpenDocument (.odt, .ods, .odp), plain text, and images (.jpg, .png, .gif, .webp, .tiff, .bmp). Non-PDF files are automatically converted to PDF on upload. Maximum file size: 100 MB.

3

Open and edit your PDF

Click any document card to open it in the ProPDFSuite Editor. The editor has three panels:

Thumbnail Sidebar

Shows all pages as thumbnails. Click a thumbnail to jump to that page. Right-click for page-level operations (rotate, delete, extract).

Canvas

The main editing area. Your PDF renders here at full quality. Use the toolbar tools to add text, shapes, signatures, or freehand drawings on top of the PDF.

Properties Panel

Appears when an object is selected. Adjust font size, color, border, fill, and other properties without leaving the canvas.

4

Export your work

When you are done editing, click the Export button in the top-right corner of the editor toolbar. ProPDFSuite renders your annotations and objects into a new PDF file.

  1. 1Click Export. A dialog opens showing the export job progress.
  2. 2Rendering usually takes 5–30 seconds depending on document size and complexity.
  3. 3Once complete, a Download button appears. Click it to save the finished PDF to your computer.
  4. 4The exported file includes all text, shapes, signatures, and other objects you placed on the document.
